We are Jo & Dom - a photography duo based in the Greater Toronto Area. We are a partnership in front of and behind the camera, and we love capturing love stories. If you haven't already, head over to our about page and get to know a little more about us!
OUR STYLE
Our approach is rooted in a blend of documentary storytelling and gentle editorial guidance. We believe the most meaningful photographs happen naturally, so much of our work focuses on observing real moments as they unfold — with just enough direction when needed to create images that feel timeless and intentional.
More than anything, we focus on how photographs feel, not just how they look. Every couple has a different rhythm, personality, and energy, and our goal is to reflect that honestly in the images we create.
Our approach to weddings is a little different than most. We take time to truly get to know each couple so we can photograph your day in a way that feels natural and personal to you. We will meet multiple times before the wedding day to make sure we not only know you as a couple, but so that we can approach your Wedding as friends. This is the heart behind our philosophy: Art That Feels Like Home.
We want your photographs to reflect the spaces, relationships, and emotions that make you feel most comfortable — images that feel authentic to your story and that you’ll be proud to live with on your walls for years to come.
Because every couple is unique, the work in our portfolio is intentionally diverse. Each wedding looks a little different, because each story is different — and that’s exactly how we believe it should be.
OUR TEAM
Behind Jo & Dom is a small, trusted group of creatives who understand our approach and care deeply about the experience we provide.
For larger weddings, we may bring in a third shooter to deepen coverage. In select cases when we’re unavailable, one of our associate photographers may document the day on our behalf. Every gallery is still thoughtfully edited by us, so your final images always reflect the Jo & Dom style.

Super 8 film offers a nostalgic way to capture motion from your wedding day. Shot on real film, it has a softness and texture that digital video simply can’t replicate.

Additional Film Rolls — $350 per roll
Additional rolls allow for more moments throughout the day to be captured on film and included in your final edit.
We recommend 4-5 rolls per wedding, which gives an 8-12 minute video, allowing for a fuller story of the day.
It acts as a beautiful, cinematic layer to your wedding story — something that feels timeless, emotional, and completely unique.

A: If your new date is open on our calendar, we’d, of course, be happy to switch it for you with no extra charge. However, suppose we are already booked for that day. In that case, we can discuss having an associate photographer from our team shoot your wedding so that we can still curate and edit your wedding photos, or if you prefer, we will put together a list of referrals for you to find another photographer that will be a great match!

A: Yes! Every single photo. We pour our hearts and souls into every image! Editing is a huge part of a photographer's work; We do not deliver RAW or unedited images at any time.

A: Yes! All our our wedding collections include Dom as the second shooter. He typically spends the morning with the groom, while Jo will be with the bride. If you want a third shooter, let us know, and we can add that! More photographers help things move more quickly and smoothly, especially if it’s a big Wedding. With more shooters, you will also have more diverse pictures!

A: We keep your whole wedding day open, so if you need us to stay longer than we originally scheduled, just let us know! We will invoice you for the additional coverage after the wedding.

A: We don’t print any photos, however, prints and albums can be purchased through our online gallery platform, Pixieset. If you’d like to create an album, we can help you with the process and put together a list of reputable websites for you!

A: Yes! You can read some of the love notes from our amazing clients on our Google Business.

A: If you are looking for a specific location to take pictures for your Wedding day, you are responsible for booking this. We can provide you with a list of recommendations based on your vision, but it is ultimately your decision!

A: All of your high-resolution digital images will be delivered through an online client gallery, which you will be able to share and download!

A: If you booked a photo location, please make sure to check if it requires a photography permit. If there is a fee, you are responsible for paying it. This fee is not included in our packages.

A: We provide 10 early-2000s digital cameras that you can distribute among your guests during the reception. Guests can use them at their tables, around the room, or out on the dance floor to capture candid moments from their own perspective.
One of the things we love most about these cameras is that they can stay at the wedding even after our professional coverage ends, allowing guests to continue documenting the night as the party unfolds.
After the wedding, we’ll collect the cameras, edit the photos, and include them in your final gallery.
All you need to do is let your guests know what to do — and encourage them to have fun with them. The photos that come out of these cameras are often hilarious, spontaneous, and full of personality, making them some of the most memorable images from the night.
